Something about the Dhamma
Someone wrote this through email and I find it rather interesting!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Dhamma,
“Mano pubbangama dhamma mano settha manomaya
Manasa ce padutthena bhasati va karoti va
Tato nam dukkhamanveti cakkam'va vahato padam.” (Dhammapada 1)
Mind is chief; mind made are they. If one speaks or acts with wicked mind, because of that, suffering follows one, even as the wheel follows the hoof of the draught-ox.

Tato nam sukhamanveti chaya'va anapayini” (Dhammapada 2)
Mind is the forerunner of (all good) states. Mind is chief; mind-made are they. If one speaks or acts with pure mind, because of that, happiness follows one, even as one's shadow that never leaves.
A lot of people know the above verses very well, but not many people truly deeply understanding it. Especially “Mind is chief, mind made are they”
When someone cultivated their mind to understand above verses, actually they will be free from all kind of body diseases/illness. They will fully understand all kind of illness like heart problem, kidney problem, cancer, diabetes, high blood and etc. is all related to this defilement mind.
“You Created Your Own Reality”
When this mind is fully concentration, it is very powerful, it can go against the law of gravity. Just see those people who can float during meditation or those people who can walk with their shoes or bare feet crossing the hotel swimming pool and witness by the public. Bare feet against hot burning charcoal and etc.
Your today life is actually reflects what kind of mind you own. Your own body also reflects what kind of mind you having. If you think your body is the best doctor in the world, then this body will follow as what is in your thought. If you think old people useless and have a lot of illness, then you also become one of them. If you think out of 3 women 1 will having breast cancer or ovary cancer, then this is become true to you. If you think above 50 years old will suffer osteoporosis, then you also become one of them.
Just see and ask those healthy old and energetic people, their thought is always very positive and the most important is they are very confident with their body. Just ask those illness people, and you will find out that normally those people no confident with their body at all. This is why a lot of blood test central was built in your country. People who go for blood test is the sign of they lost confident with their body. This is the secret of healthy life, but when you fully understand it. It will not worth more than a penny.
Today, a lot of people thought that money is not easy to earn. Then their life will be according to what is in their mind. They need to go in the hard way to earn their difficult money. The basic secret of those rich people is simple, most of them think that they can easily gain a big money. This is the mind between the poor and the rich.
Remember………”You Created Your Own Reality”! This words is very magical and powerful, if let say one day you reborn in the hell, you should remember this words that You Created Your Own Reality……
If you are looking for happy life, you can create the following mind:-
1) I come to this Earth is for my Tour
2) I come to this Earth is to learn something before I go back….
3) Since this is only a Tour, so I should enjoy my tour very much, just imaging if you go for Holiday Tour, Play and Happy Loh!
Or
1) You are just like an actor or actress, you come to this earth just to act as a someone Grandfather, Grandmother, Mother, Father, Wife, Husband, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, Son or Daughter. Just like those actors like Tom Cruise, he acts so many movies but in the movies he can play so many type of character. He might name as “Maverick” in the Top Gun, he might be “Ethan Hunt” in the Mission Impossible or “Vincent” in Collateral But at the end he is still “Tom Cruise”. Just imaging your “true identity” is out “there” beyond space and time. Due to your cosmic mind power/energy, you come to this earth just like an actor to act your current character in this earth, but one very good new is…. you are your own Director. So you can change your movie at anytime you want. But remembers, don’t be too attached in the movie that you acting now, just only acting, don’t be too serious loh. Hey don’t forget that you come here to play, learn …and ….happy.
The moment your mind thought change, you life will follow changes as what is in your mind. Just like the wheel follows the hoof of the draught-ox. This is the powerful and quality of Buddha Dhamam. Once you know it and understand it, you life will change immediately.
